DMCA Policy
Sampdoria Due Velocità respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Sampdoria Due Velocità service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA notice of infringement and how Sampdoria Due Velocità will respond to such notices. It also explains what to do if your content is removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Sampdoria Due Velocità Site or service by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Sampdoria Due Velocità will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.
Please provide the following information in your DMCA Notice:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Describe the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing: Identify the material that you claim is infringing and its location on the Sampdoria Due Velocità site with sufficient detail so that we can find it (e.g., the URL(s) of the specific page(s) where the material appears).
- Contact Information of the Complaining Party: Provide your contact information, including your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: Provide your electronic or physical signature.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Please be aware that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that the content or activity is not infringing the copyrights of others.
Your Counter-Notification must include the following:
- Identification of the Material: Identify the specific URL(s) or other unique identifying information of the material that Sampdoria Due Velocità has removed or to which access has been disabled.
- Statement under Penalty of Perjury: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Sampdoria Due Velocità may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature.
